2. Bookings
· Booking: All sessions and ceremonies are booked by email. Please contact me using the details on my Contact page to check availability and arrange a time.
· Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once I have responded to your email and we have agreed on a date and time.
3. Fees and Donations
· Donation Basis: My services are offered on a donation basis. This reflects my commitment to accessibility and community.
· Suggested Donation: A suggested donation amount is provided for guidance, but you are welcome to offer what feels right for you and within your means.
· Payment: Donations can be made by [bank transfer / PayPal / cash] and are welcomed before or after your session, as agreed.
· No One Turned Away: If you are unable to offer a donation at this time, please still reach out. I am committed to inclusivity and will always work with you.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
· Cancellation by you: I understand life happens. If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible. Donations already made are non-refundable, but we can reschedule at no extra cost.
· Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
· Cancellation by me: If I need to cancel, I will offer to reschedule at a mutually convenient time or return your donation if already made.
5. Late Arrival
Sessions may be shortened if you arrive late, and the full session fee (donation) remains payable, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Remote Sessions
· Remote sessions (online or by phone) are conducted via a platform we agree upon.
· You are responsible for ensuring a quiet, private space and a stable connection.
· I am not liable for technical issues on your side.
7. Client Responsibility
· You agree to provide accurate and honest information relevant to your session.
· You are responsible for informing me of any medical conditions, medications, or circumstances that may affect your participation.
· You understand that you may decline or withdraw from any part of a session at any time.
