My Offerings
I offer a range of workshops, gatherings, ceremonies and one-to-one sessions, both in person and online. Each is created to provide a welcoming space where people can pause, reconnect and explore their own journey of wellbeing.
My work draws on a range of complementary practices, including mindfulness, sound, energy work, shamanic practice, priestess traditions and nature-based wisdom. Depending on the session or gathering, these may include sound journeys, drumming, cacao ceremony, guided meditation, shamanic journeying, rites of passage, creative workshops inspired by ancient traditions, and other practices that encourage connection, reflection and personal growth.
At the heart of my work is the belief that we all hold an innate capacity for growth, renewal and transformation. I aim to create spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and the natural rhythms of life, allowing whatever they need in that moment to unfold.
Like water, our lives move through different seasons and rhythms. Sometimes we need movement, sometimes stillness, sometimes nourishment and time to restore. My role is to gently support and guide people as they reconnect with their own inner wisdom, resources and sense of balance.
Through relaxation, reflection, creativity and connection, I offer opportunities for people to pause, restore and explore what supports their wellbeing. Whether seeking rest, insight, personal growth or healing, each person is honoured in their own unique journey and invited to discover what they already hold within themselves.

I’m delighted to be sharing two online talks at this year’s Glastonbury Goddess Conference, gathering with others to honour the Divine Feminine and explore the wisdom, stories and practices that continue to inspire us.
Offerings:
Brighde, Mother of Creativity: Held in Her living Current
Creativity is a natural flow that lives withing all of us. Its not a special gift reserved for the few, but something we can return to again and again.
With Goddess Brighde as our guide, I invite you into the gentle rhythm of noticing the sparks of curiosity that arise within you, following where they lead, and giving them small form.
Through this offering, we explore creativity not as something we have to find, but as something that was never truly lost.
A return to the creative current within.
Elemental Mother: Returning to the Sacred Energies within
The five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether; can be experienced as expressions of the Mother, held within the presence of Brighde.
Through gentle practices and exploration, I invite you to reconnect with these elemental energies within yourself.
Together, we explore ways of restoring balance, deepening trust in our inner wisdom, and returning to the nurturing energies that live within us all.
A journey back to the Mother within, through the sacred language of the elements.

Weaving Wisdom with the Divine Feminine
The Weaving Wisdom with the Divine Feminine group offers online talks exploring the many faces and expressions of the Divine Feminine, together with themes of spirituality, mythology, nature, creativity, healing and inner wisdom.
These online gatherings offer a space to listen, reflect and explore together - wherever you are in the world.
This is a non-profit group. To access the talks, a direct donation to the charity Refuge is appreciated but not essential.

Pop-Up Goddess Temple
We also created a Pop-Up Goddess Temple, bringing the energy and presence of the Goddess into festivals, gatherings and community spaces.
Last year, we took part in the Wood Spirit Pagan Festival, creating a space to share Goddess energy, connection and presence with those who joined us.

About the Centre
The Planetary Healing Centre is a Scottish charity based in the community woodland of Balerno, Edinburgh. For over 23 years, the Centre has been bringing people together in nature to support mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
At the heart of its work is the understanding that personal healing and planetary healing are deeply connected. Through nature connection, community and shared experience, the Centre creates spaces where people can find stillness, belonging and a deeper relationship with the natural world.
Committed to accessibility, all sessions are offered on a donation basis or free of charge. Their work embraces community empowerment, wellbeing, sustainability, conservation and ecological restoration, encouraging people to share their gifts, support one another and contribute to a healthier, more connected world.
My Connection with Planetary Healing
I am honoured to contribute to the work of the Planetary Healing Centre through workshops and events that weave together nature connection, spiritual practice and personal exploration.
I value the Centre’s understanding that when we reconnect with ourselves and the natural world, that healing ripples outwards into our communities and into our relationship with the Earth.
