Symbolism and Personal Exploration

Symbols, stories and metaphor have been used throughout history to help people understand themselves and make sense of life’s experiences. I use symbolic practices as gentle tools for reflection, inviting people to explore their own thoughts, feelings and experiences in ways that are personal, meaningful and unique to them.

The unseen speaks through symbols in dreams, in journeying, and in the encounters that arise in daily life. This work is a deep exploration of what those symbols mean for you.

We work with the animals, landscapes, and figures that appear in your journeys, uncovering their messages and what they ask of you. Medicine walks offer another doorway: walking with intention, noticing what catches your attention, and allowing the land to speak through what you find.

The objects gathered on a medicine walk; stones, feathers, bark, or other natural items; can become the raw material for an altar. We create this together, giving physical form to your guidance and a place to return to for reflection.

A collaborative container for those seeking to decode the language of their own life.

The Oak, Hawthorn and Apple all growing beside each other.  In Celtic and Druid lore these are Three Sacred Trees.  At the foot I found a hawk feather.  The trees could be interpreted as the gateway and the hawk feather a messenger; a reminder of seeing the 'big picture'.
