Nature- Based Practice

Nature has always been one of my greatest teachers. Spending time outdoors invites us to slow down, notice the changing seasons and reconnect with the natural rhythms that support our own wellbeing. My work often incorporates time in nature, encouraging a deeper sense of presence, belonging and respect for the living world around us.
In shamanic nature practice, we work with the land as a living presence. We build relationship with the spirits of place; trees, rocks, rivers, and the elements that shape them; through offerings, listening, and reciprocal connection.
Medicine walks are a core part of this work. We walk slowly with a question, noticing what crosses our path and what calls for attention. The objects you find; stones, feathers, leaves, or other natural items; become touchstones for the guidance received. We may use them to create an altar, anchoring the wisdom of the walk into physical form.
We may also journey to specific landscapes, whether local or ancestral, to receive guidance directly from the land. Held outdoors where possible, or as guided remote journeys to sacred sites.
