Journeying

Shamanic Journeying is the foundation of shamanic practice. Journeying is a guided meditative practice that uses the steady rhythm of the drum or other repetitive sounds to encourage deep relaxation and focused awareness. Found in many indigenous cultures throughout the world, journeying has traditionally been used as a way of seeking guidance, insight and healing.

In my practice, journeying offers an opportunity to step away from the distractions of everyday life and explore the inner landscape through imagination, symbolism and personal reflection. Every journey is unique, and rather than offering answers, it creates the conditions for people to gain their own insights and support their own healing process.

I guide you into non-ordinary states of awareness to meet your power animals, spirit guides, or ancestors. We may journey to seek guidance, recover lost soul parts, or simply listen to what the spirit world wishes to share.

The landscapes you visit and the beings you encounter carry meaning and we explore that together. No prior experience is required. Held privately, in person or at a distance.

Journeying is the method. Nature Based Practice is the relationship. Symbolism is the meaning.
