Brighde’s sacred flame is a source of inspiration for me, reminding me of the importance of creativity, courage, generosity and hope. Inspiration can arrive in unexpected ways;  through nature, a conversation, music, making something with our hands, or simply noticing something that catches our attention. Sometimes it is a quiet spark; sometimes it is an idea that won’t leave us alone. I believe in following those sparks and seeing where they lead.

Brighde is also associated with the hearth, hospitality and generosity: the place where people gather to share food, stories, skills and wisdom. This aspect of Brighde speaks deeply to me and connects with my own belief in the importance of community.

I see community as a place where something can emerge through being together; where we can share what we have, learn from one another and make space for different voices and experiences.

This is what I hope to bring to my workshops, circles, ceremonies and community work: welcoming spaces where people can connect, participate, create and share, and where something unexpected and meaningful might emerge.
